Our White-Collar Recruitment team are seeking a Bid Coordinator to support our client’s operations in Maynooth. The role will include following and guiding the full bid process, ensuring compliant and competitive submissions, whilst working closely with internal teams across estimating, design, planning and project delivery.
Job Details
Location: Maynooth, County Kildare (moving to Leixlip Innovation Hub in January), Ireland
Reports to: Pre-Construction Director
Working Pattern: 5 days a week in the office, no hybrid working
Duration: Full-time / Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate PQQ and tender submissions.
- Review tender documents and plan submission timelines.
- Work with internal teams to gather required information.
- Manage submission portals and client communication.
- Support post-tender clarifications and project handovers.
- Maintain document control during tender stages.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in bid coordination within construction or similar sectors.
- Strong organisation and communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; InDesign experience is useful.
- Understanding of construction and tendering processes.
- Collaborative and proactive working style.
