Our White Collar team are looking to recruit a Senior Contracts Manager to support a portfolio of ongoing and upcoming data centre projects based in Frankfurt, Germany.

Our client provides complete Mechanical and Electrical services across all sectors of the construction industry including Industrial, Logistics, Food, Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Mining, Healthcare, Commercial, Hotel & Leisure, High-End Residential, Public, and Energy.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the commercial and contractual management of large-scale construction and data centre projects from pre-contract through to final account.
- Oversee the preparation and agreement of budgets, forecasts, and cost reports, ensuring commercial performance aligns with project targets.
- Manage variations, change control procedures, and claims, ensuring timely submission, negotiation, and resolution.
- Lead procurement strategy for key subcontract packages, particularly MEP and specialist data centre trades.
- Manage, mentor, and develop commercial teams including Quantity Surveyors and Contracts Managers.
The ideal candidate will be either based in Germany or have an EU passport.
