Our White Collar team is recruiting for a Senior Cost Manager with an MEP bias for a hyperscale data centre project in Belgium.

In this role, you will:

Analyse tenders/bids with a particular focus on MEP packages to ensure client value for money.

Support the settlement of construction disputes and loss/expense claims related to mechanical, electrical, and process installations with transparency.

Foster top performance and growth for your employees through strong mentorship and leadership, particularly within MEP cost management.

Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts, including the handling of MEP-specific claims to ensure the client gets the best value from works undertaken.

Develop estimates and cost plans for key client developments, with an emphasis on MEP elements.

Provide cost documentation and timely communication to support agile project management and clear decision-making, particularly on MEP-related matters.

Actively participate in the tender/bid process—from initial tender/bid documentation through analysis and reporting—with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and process installations.

Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, ensuring clear communication of variations within MEP scope.
We would love to hear from you if you:

Are an experienced MEP cost manager who worked in large-scale and complex construction projects, ideally from a consultancy background and in Data Centres, Oil & Gas, Pharma, or heavy industrial projects.

Have a technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, or process (MEP) systems and installations.

Have a degree or comparable experience in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.

Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing.

Enjoy a dynamic environment where you can manage your own priorities and deadlines.
An EU passport and a willingness to relocate for the project is essential. Salary is open for discussion. I need to know your monthly net pay expectations rather than a gross figure per annum.
