PSI Global are recruiting an Administrator within their Training Division in Liverpool (Bootle) starting ASAP.
Job Details
- Starting: ASAP
- Location: Flexible working (WFH) but with occasional travel to the centre
- Contract type: Temporary but will potential of temp to perm
- Hours: Part-time or full-time positions will be considered
Main Responsibilities
- Managing inbox and replying to enquiries
- Liaising with the trainer to book him in when needed
- Adding delegates to the training platform and granting access to courses
- Tracking the progress of delegates and sending reminders to complete
- Adding results onto the training platform
- Liaising with other training providers we use to book in courses
- Ordering materials
- Sending invoices to accounts to be paid
- Ordering certificates for completed training and sending them to the delegate or to companies
- Attending job/careers fairs to talk about the services we offer
- Attending the training centre on occasion when training is taking place
- Submitting quotes for LVP funding
- Identifying opportunities in other locations
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Previous experience with either a training centre or strong administrative background
- Confident with MS Office
- Good communication both written and verbal
- Good organisational skills
