PSI Global are recruiting an Administrator within their Training Division in Liverpool (Bootle) starting ASAP.

Job Details

  • Starting: ASAP 
  • Location: Flexible working (WFH) but with occasional travel to the centre 
  • Contract type: Temporary but will potential of temp to perm 
  • Hours: Part-time or full-time positions will be considered 

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing inbox and replying to enquiries
  • Liaising with the trainer to book him in when needed
  • Adding delegates to the training platform and granting access to courses
  • Tracking the progress of delegates and sending reminders to complete
  • Adding results onto the training platform
  • Liaising with other training providers we use to book in courses
  • Ordering materials 
  • Sending invoices to accounts to be paid  
  • Ordering certificates for completed training and sending them to the delegate or to companies
  • Attending job/careers fairs to talk about the services we offer
  • Attending the training centre on occasion when training is taking place 
  • Submitting quotes for LVP funding
  • Identifying opportunities in other locations

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience with either a training centre or strong administrative background  
  • Confident with MS Office
  • Good communication both written and verbal
  • Good organisational skills
