Our Industrial Services team are recruiting Administrator Support in Portsmouth starting ASAP.
Job Details:
Admin role is not exhaustive but includes the following:

Previous admin experience essential

Good knowledge of Microsoft office programs

Experience in a constructive or marine background would be desirable
-
Any safety related training such as IOSH managing safely or similar, or construction / marine experience would be advantageous
-
Advantageous and the usual (enthusiastic, reliable and hard working).

Greeting clients upon arrival

Booking in guys onto site (VNF)
-
Filing paperwork
-
General administrative tasks & support
-
Updating training records
-
Data entry of information
-
Data extraction of information
-
Transport P.O.C
-
Valid driving license
