Our White Collar team are recruiting a BIM Coordinator in Wolverhampton.

Our client completes Mechanical and Electrical services across all sectors of the construction industry, including Industrial, Logistics, Food, Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Mining, Healthcare, Commercial, Hotel & Leisure, High-End Residential, Public, and Energy.
What you would do:
- Modelling, drawing and coordinating, mechanical and electrical designs, to ensure projects can be constructed with little or no rework once the site team commence work.
- Attendance on weekly internal model and design team meetings and project BIM meetings with the main contractors.
- Ensuring the latest models, drawings and designs from all other stakeholders are being used and notifying engineers and site team of any changes to these models or drawings.
- Generating revit models from the senior engineers outputs (sketches / hevacomp / cymap / DIALux / Relux).
- Creation of revit families where manufactures files are not available.
- Model Skids & Modules
- Manage clash reporting and clash resolution between disciplines.
- Maintain ACC / BIM360 cloud Models & reporting.
- Provide technical assistance to the project team where required while the project is ongoing.
- Integration of Cloud Point Surveys.
- Ensure compliance with all project BIM documentation.
- Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required.
Qualifications
- Previous Revit MEP experience in the construction/building services field
- Relevant qualification in BIM or Mechanical or Electrical engineering is beneficial
- Ability to communicate in a professional and timely manner (in person and over email)
