Our Industrial Services team are recruiting Counterbalance Forklift Drivers for work in Belfast starting ASAP.
Job Details:
- Starting: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing
- Shift pattern: 36 hours per week – Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Hours: 07:30 – 19:30
Duties include but not limited to:
- Daily inspection and default reporting of vehicle
- Operate forklift to transport and stage a wide variety and heavy loads
- Optimising loads to ensure operational efficiency
- Towing of heavy trailers and machinery
- Maintaining and keeping forklifts in good condition
- Establish dimensional and weights of loads
- Identifying workplace safety hazards
Qualifications/ experience:
- 7.5-ton counterbalance forklift licence (essential) AND Telehandler (desirable)
- Experience of handling heavy loads and equipment
- Experience in a marine environment
