Office Manager

Our White-Collar Recruitment team are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to support our client’s operations in Maynooth. This role will also play a key part in their planned relocation to the Leixlip Innovation Hub in January.

Job Details

  • Location: Maynooth, County Kildare (moving to Leixlip Innovation Hub in January)
  • Reports to: HR Manager
  • Working Pattern: 5 days a week in office, no hybrid working
  • Duration: 9-Month Maternity cover, potential to go permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee office operations, including supplies and facilities
  • Support the office relocation to Leixlip in January
  • Maintain accurate office and HR documentation
  • Assist HR with recruitment, onboarding and employee support
  • Prepare HR reports and update HR systems
  • Coordinate meetings, events and training

Skills & Experience

  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel essential)
  • Proven office management experience
  • HR administration experience is desirable
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills

Desirable

  • HR qualification or hands-on HR administration experience.
  • Experience supporting office relocations or similar projects.
