Our White-Collar Recruitment team are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to support our client’s operations in Maynooth. This role will also play a key part in their planned relocation to the Leixlip Innovation Hub in January.
Job Details
- Location: Maynooth, County Kildare (moving to Leixlip Innovation Hub in January)
- Reports to: HR Manager
- Working Pattern: 5 days a week in office, no hybrid working
- Duration: 9-Month Maternity cover, potential to go permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee office operations, including supplies and facilities
- Support the office relocation to Leixlip in January
- Maintain accurate office and HR documentation
- Assist HR with recruitment, onboarding and employee support
- Prepare HR reports and update HR systems
- Coordinate meetings, events and training
Skills & Experience
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel essential)
- Proven office management experience
- HR administration experience is desirable
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
Desirable
- HR qualification or hands-on HR administration experience.
- Experience supporting office relocations or similar projects.
