Holding regular appointments with candidates to assist them in completing their security clearance applications (training will be given)

Fulfilling our CSR obligations to site including engaging with an identified get-back-into-work scheme, and organising quarterly donations to a local foodbank.

Holding labour meetings to gauge upcoming requirements which can be fed into the team in Liverpool to assist filling.

Being an onsite point of contact for the client to order labour and sort any issues.

Meeting new starts at the gate and taking them to the office for their induction

Tracking amount of people going through the security clearance process and managing the cycle

Using internal CRM to update compliance and candidate records.

Provide support to the Director in managing client accounts.

Develop and maintain relationships with key client contacts to provide a seamless service.

Liaise with clients in relation to compliance, current and potential temporary workers, any “no-shows” etc.

Use pipeline information to determine workforce requirements, identify any issues and amend resourcing strategy to maximise candidate generation for upcoming projects.

Organise and plan weekly activities including candidate registrations, candidate generation, compliance checks, data entry, activations, advertising vacancies and administrative tasks, including ordering and collecting PPE.

Ensure timesheets are processed and deal with all payroll and invoice queries that arise.

Maintain up-to-date candidate information on internal CRM.

Ensure quality standards and legislation are adhered to including a full understanding of company quality and procedures, up-to-date knowledge of acceptable eligibility in accordance with the Home Office/Department of Immigration, undertaking eligibility to work checks, and monitoring and recording candidate immigration status.

Source and manage a pool of candidates, via social media platforms, who are actively looking for work, ensuring the pool is available to fill vacancies and/or assignments.

Maintain regular candidate contact, fully inform candidates about prospective positions, and update the candidate database with general contact details and candidate work availability.

Undertake all relevant internal training and adhere to the company’s policies as detailed in the Employee Handbook and Health and Safety systems.

Identify business opportunities when making reference calls to potential clients and provide quality candidates to ensure the best service for clients and possible repeat business.

Completing candidate morning and weekend check-ins and providing ongoing aftercare to both clients and candidates.

Keep track of current candidate working figures and leavers to be able to deal with any candidate issues.

Ensure all bookings are set up in CRM for candidates to be placed the day they start.
