Our Liverpool team are recruiting an Outbound Call Operative to work within our Major Projects recruitment team.
The role will involve making outbound calls to generate candidates for current projects and using pipeline information to determine workforce requirements. You will also be required to identify any issues and make amendments to the resourcing strategy to maximise candidate generation for upcoming projects.
Job Details:
- Start Date: September.
- Duration: Full Time
- Location: Bootle, Liverpool
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.
Pay Rates:
Qualifications/Experience:
- Previous experience in an outbound/telesales environment is required (min 1 year)
- No formal qualifications are required, although customer service-related qualifications may be advantageous.
