Our Civils team are recruiting Setting Out Engineers to work on a Major Highways project in the Newquay (Cornwall) area starting ASAP.
Job Details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: Approx. 3-4 months
- Location: near Newquay, Cornwall (TR8 postcode)
- Basic Hours: 07:30-17:30 Monday-Friday (47.5hrs paid)
- Overtime: Regular Midweek O/T (site will often work 11-12 hour shifts)
- Weekends: Usually every other weekend
- Shift Pattern: Typically working 12-on-2-off
- Monday-Friday (first 10hrs/day): Negotiable hourly rate
- Monday-Friday (over 10hrs/day): 1.5x
- Weekends: 1.5x
- Accommodation: Digs paid (£40 per day worked) or we can organise accommodation on your behalf
- Duties: Working on a highway project
Essential requirements:
- CSCS card card
- Own Transport
- Checkable work references
- Safety Critical Medical (we can organise this if not already held)
- Pass a drug/alcohol test
