Our White Collar team is recruiting for an Electrical Pre-Construction Manager to join our client's international pre-construction business unit based out of their HQ in Maynooth.
Job Details:
- Location: Maynooth, Ireland
- Duration: Permanent
- Salary: up to €130,000
Duties:
- Review client specs, drawings, and tender documents to define scope.
- Manage electrical design coordination with consultants and in-house teams.
- Develop cost estimates, budgets, and value engineering solutions.
- Support bid submissions with technical input and programme development.
- Coordinate with supply chain to obtain quotes and assess subcontractors.
- Work closely with planning teams to align electrical scope with project programmes.
- Support smooth handover from pre-construction to delivery teams.
