Our White Collar team is recruiting for an Electrical Pre-Construction Manager to join our client's international pre construction business unit based out of their HQ in Maynooth.
The role will include but is not limited to:
- Review client specs, drawings, and tender documents to define scope
- Manage electrical design coordination with consultants and in-house teams
- Develop cost estimates, budgets, and value engineering solutions
- Support bid submissions with technical input and programme development
- Coordinate with supply chain to obtain quotes and assess subcontractors
- Work closely with planning teams to align electrical scope with project programmes
- Support smooth handover from pre-construction to delivery teams
Salary: up to €130,000
Package: 10% car allowance, 5% pension, healthcare, bonus
