Our White Collar team is recruiting for an MEP Design Manager to be based out of our client's HQ in Maynooth.
The role includes:
- Lead MEP design input during pre-construction for major projects
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Develop designs, cost estimates, and project programmes
- Drive design coordination and value engineering solutions
- Identify risks, opportunities, and buildability issues early
Experience working on large scale construction or mission critical projects from early stages is advantageous.
Salary : Negotiable
Package: 10% car allowance, 5% pension, healthcare, bonus
